TEGAQUITHA Feather Quill Pens

The Tegaquetha Feather Quill Pens, also an older design that I will be bringing back. I plan however to adapt this pen style to feather fans & smudge fans, rather than as writing pens.The tops being too heavy made then pens somewhat unbalanced.
